Standard
The standard with which Michigan Virtual courses need to comply.
Michigan Virtual will trigger the Brightspace Gradebook for participation in courses where completion must be tracked for course credit.
This will be used if the goal is to ensure that learners have completed all activities on the page, regardless of learner accuracy or mastery. An example can be found in Phenomenal Science Course. Note: Learners must complete all activities on a page to trigger completion of the page. |

For this option, the following are the different blocks that can be tracked for participation: Checklist, Classification, Cloze, Flashcards, Flashcards with Images, Graphic Organizer, Graphing, Image Hotspots, Image Labeling, Image Matching, Interactive Categorization, Interactive Matching, Poll, Quiz, Quiz Bank Quiz, Self Check, Survey, and Writing. Note: You do not need to update point values with this option. |
